What You Will Be Doing:
As an enterprise account executive you will be responsible for selling SaaS solution into enterprise accounts in North America. You will leverage our demand generation efforts, as well as prospect your own leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting/discovery to contract signature/close.

Our customers tend to be enterprises with at least 1000 employees. You should be comfortable speaking to mid to senior-level executives at these companies and should enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, demanding environment where customers often rely on our expertise. This role is a SaaS "Hunter/Farmer" with experience selling into Human Resources line of business. An ideal candidate is able to develop a territory and build/maintain a pipeline through cold calling and networking. The expectation is that majority of pipeline activity will be self-generated.

  • Represent and our solution in the enterprise accounts
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales opportunities, while progressing other transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Execute adept, fluid product demos to prospects while clearly communicating how the product solves their expressed needs.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecast to the executive management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to build and drive demand for your territory
  • Put presentations, pricing proposals and RFP responses
  • Provide customer feedback to the Development team, to improve the product
  • Travel: 10-20%
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably solution selling into Global 1000 companies
  • Proven success navigating complex organizations, identifying the decision makers and the decision making process for a SaaS investments in the new category.
  • Capable of multitasking and efficiently prospecting into 30-50 accounts simultaneously.
  • Closer mentality and ability to progress and execute SaaS deals.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, startup-like environment.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals
  • Understanding of Human Resources, Sales and Finance line of business decision making
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand up presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales enablement tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date CRM hygiene
